Thanks so much for helping to make Carrie's surprise birthday party such a great success!  Having entertained at literally hundreds of events over the years, both private and corporate, I've seen my share of caterers.  I was really impressed with the meal that you did at our friends' wedding and decided to get a quote from you.  Your prices were very reasonable and you were able to put together a great selection of dishes. 

My only concern was whether or not there would be enough food for everyone.  You explained that you would anticipate the more popular items and plan accordingly.  Even though you assured me that there would be plenty of food, I still had my doubts as I've seen it happen so many times that the food runs out.  Boy was I wrong.  The food was amazing, everyone ate till they were stuffed and then there were enough leftovers that we were still eating food from the party days later.

Since it was a surprise, I appreciate that you showed up precisely at the designated time and quickly invaded our house and set up.  We only had about a 20 minutes window for you to arrive, load in and set up and be ready to go.

Thanks again for the great cuisine and amazing service.  I'd highly recommend you to anyone planning an event who is looking for a great chef/caterer!
