The Chef will arrive 1 hour prior to requested dinner start time, with all cooking equipment and Dishes

necessary to perform the selected menu. Chef will set Dinner ware up on table.

The host is responsible for stemware, cutlery, napkins and table setting as far as decorating.

​

Please have Kitchen sinks cleaned and sanitized as well as 3 feet of counter space.

Chef will Sanitize again upon arrival and then Load in and set up work area sanitizing again upon completion.

​

Please note that masks are to be worn when anyone is in workers area within 6 feet, Staff will work with masks and gloves.
