Chef will discuss the menu with you to determine how many courses you wish to have

and price it at cost to him.......that is what you will pay no mark up!

Then you will discuss Rentals Needed Based On your Venue

Tents, Lighting, Tables, Chairs, Washrooms

Dance FLoor, Linens, Skirting, Napkins

Stemware, Cutlery & Dishes 

 

~The items you require are charged to you at cost, no mark up~

 

~ STEP FOUR ~

Next we alocate Staff  

~

We  will Discuss The Head Chef Fee, how Many Bar Keeps, Servers and Cooks are required, 

based on your Guest Total, Wedding Vision and Timeline

 

~ STEP FIVE ~

Kitchen and Equipment Rental 

~

My Commercial Kitchen Is charged to me Daily

to aid in offering you a fantastic price, My kitchen is rented as I require it....therefore producing

less overhead and better pricing for you

 

As we prepare all of your Food LIVE onsite, there is a charge for each piece of equipment 

required to prepare your selected Dinner.

 

 ~example ~

Propane Powered Convection Oven, Paella Pan, Chaffers & Feul, Heat Lamps, Burners, Plate Warmers

 

I have purchased these items and charge 1/3rd the price that a rental store would

 

~ STEP SIX ~

We add everything up 

~

Food and Staff are charged with 13% tax and 17% gratuity

Rentals, Equipment, Linens are only charge 13% tax no gratuity is charged on these

 

 

~ FINALLY ~

Booking your wedding with T.H.I.O.

~

Chef will prepare a private FREE tasting for 8 people, of your selected menu in the privacy of your own home.

Upon Completion of this tasting you have 2 choices

1

Select us as your Caterer and Pay 10 %Deposit, Cash and Cheques only accepted

2

If you require more time to think and discuss this very important decision, Simply pay $250 for the tasting.

This will be deducted from your Final Balance if you decide to Select us as your caterer after all.

 

When Booking T.H.I.O as your caterer,

we will present you with a Stag & Doe Gift to auction off

and you will receive a 3 course Chef Table Bistro Dinner for 2 for our happy couple to celebrate later in the year

 

~ 6 Month Prior to Wedding Date ~

We will schedule a meeting in and around this time to design an Outline of your day

from waking up to last call

 

This will be our communication to ensure a FLAWLESS event.

2nd Depoist will be required at this meeting

 

Chef is more than happy to have you contact him anytime via phone or e mail with any questions or concerns 

 

~ 1 Week Prior To Wedding Day ~

This will be our final meeting to solidify all details.

 

Wedding day outline will be discussed and set

Final guest count will be adjusted and Final Payment will be collected

Staff's Smart Serve Numbers and all legal documents wiil be in order

 

 

~ You will receive a discount if you have selected us as your wedding day Caterer on Below Services ~

On average The Heat Is On is happy to say weddings usually average

 

100  to 120 per guest inclusive of

Food, staff, linens, equipment, stemware, dishes, tax and gratuity….

 

Tables – chairs and tenting not included – these items are up to be discussed
